DO NOT ON ANY ACCOUNT:

• SELL ANY PLANTS

  
  

• GIVE AWAY ANY PLANTS - not even to an interested friend for their opinion

  
  

• DISPOSE OF ANY PLANTS to a third party for whatever reason

  
  

• PROMOTE YOUR PLANT in any way - especially not photos on the Internet.

Doing any of the above will almost certainly prejudice your chances of applying for Intellectual Property Rights in future.

To help up assess your plant, it is important that you provide us with as much information as possible. A Plant Profile form, listing the key information we require can be obtained on request from our Maldon office.

Photographs of your new plant, particularly of it growing in situ with other plants, any taken throughout the growing period and detailed close-ups of flowers, seed heads, foliage or other key or novel features are vital in order for us to form an opinion about your variety. We can assist with photography if this is a problem for you.

Receipt of your completed Plant Profile Form will be acknowledged promptly by us. All data and photos provided will be treated in the strictest confidence.
