Description
This dwarf Forsythia spreads out like a groundcover plant and offers waves of bright golden yellow flowers early in the season. This French introduction was developed as an induced cross of the popular forsythia, ‘Spring Glory.’ Its cheerful bright yellow blooms appear before the foliage unfolds and are some of the first to appear. Mutant between the two Asian species Forsythia suspensa and F. viridissima. When mature this dwarf deciduous shrub develops a low spreading habit.
